For international students Conservatory offers accommodation at the Student residence.
Student residence located 30 minutes away from the conservatory; it can be reached by city bus №2, 154 and K-2.

At the dormitory there is 24 hours security service.
From 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. entrance and exit to/from the dormitory is forbidden.
In some rooms there are pianos.
On the first floor there is a room for practice .

Accommodation agreements are made at the Student residence; payment bills can be received there.
Accommodation fees - depending on room space, comfort provided and the amount of room mates - is from 3000 to 8400 RUR per month; for the period of taking entrance examinations the fee is from 250 to 450 RUR per day.

A student arriving to the Student residence for accommodation must submit the following:
- a document from the International Student Office ('napravleniye')
- 2 photos
- medical certificate from the Medical department of the Conservatory, fluorography test results from the country of his/her residence (must be submit within 3 days)
